I'm confused. First time I've even looked at the website since they moved out of the Ricoh. There's a VIP Hospitality package that offers the usual add-ons. What got me was the offer of "Three-Course dining in our exclusive Vice President's Restaurant". Now call me picky...but surely this is constituting the trades description act? One it's not "our" restaurant...& two - (& I'm basing this on the fact it's at Sixfields) it's shared with the Northampton Town FC Vice President (or similar)...so it's not "exclusive" either is it?
Are SISU setting themselves up to be SI-SUed???

They'd probably just say that it's exclusive to them on Matchdays when CCFC are playing their home games there.
You could complain to the ASA but probably not sue them over it.

The only thing at Sixfields is where the hell is it? It must be tucked away under the stand somewhere

Fair play to them, there are still some. Have to give them credit as it is bloody freezing!

At £45 for a VIP ticket and a restricted view, I thought it was a tad expensive, but having been a City supporter for years I'm acclimatised to the cold and bleak.

I've travelled all over the country watching City sometimes in vast numbers sometimes very very few...but I've never been stood with numpties, ever!

I wouldn't blame the guys on the hill responding in suitable fashion as you go in tonight - they are sure to spot you as you will undoubtedly have the smuggest grin.

That's constructive. You need to begin your sentences with capital letters as no doubt taught at school.
Oh - & I'm not not your "pal". Honest.

When I went to Stoke for the first time I was totally unprepared for just how cold it would be. A very nice lady I was next to let me share the blanket she had brought. She had to leave before the end and I basically froze solid after that. If the hill is half as cold as that day I don't envy those on the hill.

(Next time I went to Stoke I made damn sure I had a hat gloves and thermal underwear )

Oldham Boundary Park when the wind is coming off the moors. FFrreeeezing...Joe Royal called it Ice Station Zebra.
Grimsby with a blow off the sea that's bleak too.

Definitely the coldest grounds I've been too.

Seriously calm down a bit. Have you read what you wrote? Did you think about it before you wrote it? Did you research it on Google before you wrote it? Did you start a bit of a silly thread?

Andreas possibly isn't the only person that had that thought even if he is the only one to have written it.

Yes we will still be there, we will be there tonight. It just takes us back to standing on the cop on a freezing wet Tuesday night.

Speaking to the local plod last week he said that the ground is always quite blowy due to the construction and location of the ground. So we had all better all get used to it players included,
Could affect the type of football we play during the winter months?

Takes me back. But there was always the Binley Oak, Brewer & Baker, Raglan Tavern, Alma Tavern and many more to look forward to immediately afterwards - rather than a 35 mile journey home.

Why do people say things like that? "Gloating" and "smug". No one who goes in are either of those.

Seriously - I am perfectly calm other than about the slab I broke when putting the last on down a little earlier lol

The OP was meant to be provocative humour (so no - I did zero research, but thought the terms were full of irony)...you obviously didn't take it seriously (or not for long)

Don't go much on the patronising "love..mate...pal...dear" from strangers though, hence the reminder I am not Adreas's "pal".
