Time for us to sit back and have a cigar I think, seeing whats going on down the road, it's fantastic.

Let's hope it continues.

I found it ironic that today on 5live or talksport (one of them) that they spoke to Dion Dublin.

Brum are complaining about tapping up.. sound familiar :facepalm:

I can honestly say I hate Villa more, always will do. Brum will always be a second division team, whereas we are forever Premiership. You know it.

Gotta say I have a far greater dislike of Brum. I've only supported Cov since they were in the Championship - so I've seen them take our players and us playing them...
But seeing them both going for each other, potentially legally now... Oh how I have laughed.

Looking through Villa forums it's absolutely hilarious how many of their fans still think they are a big club.

As opposed to our supporters who for years thought we were too big for the Championship and arrogantly assumed we would walk this division when we were relegated. Villa aren't the only team to suffer delusions of grandeur.

I have never rated Brum and I have never particularly liked Villa but they are the biggest club in the Midlands.

They think they will win things, this isn't delusions of grandeur, more like clinical insanity. But then they do have the combined brain capacity of a sea slug, so maybe I was being naive.

Not relevant to my point, I'll stand in this greenhouse and throw some boulders. The thread is about Villa.

I work in Brum and am the only Cov fan in amongst Villa, Blues, Wolves and Baggies, with the odd 'Pool and Arse fans chucked in for good measure. It is the most entertaining I have ever seen my office. Some people have stopped communicating except in grunt form. Others are being deliberately missed off tea rounds. Awesome. Thankyou McLeish.

Seems fickle for Villa fans to protest - if McLeish won them the FA cup or challenged the top 4 in the league they will be singing his name in the stands. Football is a very fickle game indeed!
