I don't really think the council or Wasps will deal with Tim Fisher or Joy. (Just my opinion)
They are better off Tim pretending to leave to work on another project., SISU bring in a person that CCC, Wasps and the fans like.
Joy should say she is stepping right out of it to deal with other SISU matters
The new person should be portrayed as the main person. With the remit to make all decisions including to be able to offer up the legal action as part of any mediation or negotiation.
It's the only chance the club has (IMO)

The others were still there though and he did not have a full remit to make the decisions including dropping the legals

Has he gone then?

Who gives a fuck? Robins clearly thinks he is a waste of space.

Which he is.

Also wonder if the recruitment person will now emerge and if they will be linked to Robins or not.

No great loss.

It's no surprise if true - i was one who queried why he hadn't left already. Especially as we appear to be hiring a like for life individual, he seems surplus to requirements. The rumour was that he was off from work with stress - hardly surprising given the trying circumstances.

Farewell Mark.

Does this not kill all the conjecture that he was here to build houses? Does it not prove the reason he became a director was to have a better understanding of how it works? Ranty sisu out people blinded by hatred abusing a man for no reason other than the company he works for. Yes recruitment was shit and he deserves the blame for it. How many painted him as the devil though because he had a property investment company.

Suppose we should be grateful to him for October. Our manager of the season.

Shocking to think nearly half our points accumulated so far were gained under him in a 6 match period.

Admittedly then turned to disaster after that.

Every CCFC employee works for SISU. They don't get hounded out.
Mowbray was getting hounded and he wasn't on the board.

If there's news that fisher is walking as well then that could be a god send as no one running the club wouldn't be doing as bad as what fish face had being doing over is tenure I for one hope this is true.

Or it was the only think keeping him here and the deals for the houses have fallen through?

I don't know, don't particularly care. On to the next wacky CCFC adventure....

Who knows what is happening at our basket case of a club, but imo Tim Fisher being replaced is the only way the football club can move on. Joy Sepalla if nothing else is a hard nosed business woman she along with her partner Dermot Coleman must realise this. It is their job for their business to attract investors now they could be for example a Simon Jordan type or similar. Fisher to go is a must.

If Tim goes, how does that alter anything? If Joy says she's not putting any more money in, that's it. The next person cannot do anything either.
The council may not like or trust Tim - I don't know if that is the case - but the main problem is the time wasted dealing with SISU crap e.g. JR2.
If JR2 was dropped, CCC would have no excuse not to negotiate with him.
No investors will come as long as Joy and the council are involved in JR2. Joy is the main Problem and not Tim.

If Fisher went I don't think we'd see any actual change, but it would be arguably Sisu's best PR move outside of having to actually be competent owners.

I was pleased Venus took over from TM as I had hoped that the attacking style of football would continue. What concerned me about him was his opinions when he appeared on the phone in. He followed the Sisu line on break even with out question. (I don't disagree the club has to operate within its means, it is the Sisu version of this I object to). However the clincher for me was when he was asked if he would continue to work for the club if Sisu moved them out of the city again. His answer without hesitation was "yes". No comments such as "hope this doesn't happen" or "would be a last resort", just an acceptance of Sisu control and Tim knows best. He seemed to lack imagination and the ability to see that there may be alternative ways of doing things, not the best qualifications for being a director I would have thought. Both himself and Mowbray come across as rather dour characters but Mowbray had a warmth about him and a sense of humour that Venus seemed to lack. His choice of after match comments, although I think honest, were maybe not well thought out " these players are not good enough for League 1". As a manager, after a bright start, he seemed to quickly lose his way. The cup performance at Cambridge was one of the worst I have seen from City. His property company always seemed to be a red herring and nothing to do with Ryton, particularly when he outright denied any connection on the phone in, saying he was only here for football reasons.
Maybe you should give people more credit for the reasons why they make up their minds about the characters and the decisions made in the CCFC saga than simply calling everyone who disagrees with you "Ranty Sisu Out people blinded by hate." I don't think most are blinded by hate they can just see what Sisu have done and where they continue to take us. Are you sure there isn't a splinter in your own eye?
