Your better bet might be Ri Ra the most non-Irish Irish bar you'll ever got to at Mandalay Bay but they'll almost certainly put the game on for you.
There's a ton of sports bars so if you're there a few days ahead of the game you'll probably find something near your hotel.

Yeah great pub just off the strip. Used to be owned by some Newcastle fans and they put the Cov game on a big screen for us a few years back.My cousin has mates in Vegas and they have watched Cov games at the Crown & Anchor.
