No that is not true. In the roadmap was the centre piece of sisu - or sisu/ccc jointly - buying the YB loan.
The HoT containing that part was signed in early August.
The roadmap was never a signed agreement and it had no beginning or ending schedules.

No thanks. Prefer women myself.

So my question has not been answered yet. You keep saying about the period of 3 months where the time ran out as SISU didn't pay for the share owned by Higgs after paying CCFC for it. Again yes I understand this. But after the 3 months were up CCFC still had sole rights to buy the share back off Higgs. This was agreed when CCFC sold it to Higgs for 6.5m. And CCFC still had sole rights to the Higgs share until they went back on the rental agreement and moved our club away from the Ricoh.

Which part of this do you not understand or do you want to make the truth out to be something different?

We no longer had sole rights, remember there being a quote from the Higgs side from the Higgs case to Sisu saying something like "The period of exclusivity is now finished and we are now open to discussions with other interested parties to purchase the Higgs share", not exact, but was around those lines.
