How long does the negative test have to be backdated for? Doesn't make sense unless the test is from when you enter the ground?

Coz when you have the test they text or email you the result it has your name dob when you took it and when you received the information back from the NHS. You get a result about 30 minutes after you have taken it.What's stopping anyone just saying they took a test and it was negative?
