Let's be honest , if they weren't at war you'd think both countries were full of far right wankers

Well only one of them decided to invade the other and wipe them off the map, committing war crimes and killing innocent kids along the way.

I think I know which one is worse.

I'm pretty sure war crimes have been committed from both sides at this point

Point being , I couldn't give a shiny shit about Ukraine or Russia

Exactly. A large chunk of the "aid" from the USA is on a modern lend-lease agreement.......Ukraine will be paying for it for generations, both in hard cash & also by way of huge infrastructure & re-building projects gifted to the US corps. & multi-nationals....

Meanwhile the EUs generous financial "aid" starts charging interest from 2033 onwards driving Ukraine directly into a huge sovereign debt crisis.....

...still... I took my Mrs out for a drink at the Eurovision song contest earlier this year, so I've done my bit. Take that Putin.

Absolutely nobody in here wants the war to last forever.

There is, however, a few who support Ukraine being wiped off the map forever.

So they want this war to last forever... But want Ukraine to no longer exist.

They want to keep supplying arms forever...
But want Ukraine to no longer exist.

They want all the rebuilding contracts... But want Ukraine to no longer exist.

They want to weaken Russia... By wiping the country they're at war with off the map.

Maybe this Biden fella is totally senile after all if he thinks the best way to meet his objective of wiping Ukraine off the map is to continually arm and train them

His comment is that neither care

The US are happy to plunge Russia into a long expensive war regardless of the impact on its opponent

Ifs not even debated that the us under Obama influenced the 2014 rising in Ukraine so a western influenced leader would take control. The US have zero interest in Ukraine or it’s citizens

Look we all get the argument, but you can’t rant about the United States being totally indifferent to Ukraine, AND also accuse them of wanting to destroy the country once and for all.

How can the USA not care about Ukraine while also wanting it wiped off the map while also lending it materiel for waging war?

Again you are being obtuse - his point is the US do not care if it is and the longer it takes the better so it will keep arming them and egging them on.

I think there will be universal acknowledgement they have no care for Ukraine and want it to be used as a shield and as FP has posted there is even a commercial opportunity which gets even more lucrative the greater the destruction there is

That is his reference point I would think. So yes it clearly will like as much damage as possible for its own ends

I think the crux of the matter really is that you and FP have been far more critical of Ukraine and the US than you have of Russia from day one of this war which most people find a little...odd.

What do all the arms supplied by America do to Ukraine? Remember the war is being conducted entirely in Ukrainian territory

Yeah it's really difficult to distinguish who the goodies are and who the baddies are in this war.

Fuck me. QED.
