It’s a rehash of an old story. British soldiers have been training Ukrainian soldiers on weapons for years now. It hasn’t suddenly started since Russia further invaded Ukraine. Russia is threatening more cruise missile strikes on Kyiv in retaliation for sinking the flagship of the Russian navy. That they also definitely didn’t hit with missiles and was an accident on board responsible for the sinking.
