The iOS app for me was broken and is no longer on the App Store.

When I asked iFollow they said that the club will be notifying us that the app is available. Unsure if that means iFollow or a club specific app will be the way.

I already renewed my iFollow season ticket so hoping they get this done before the season starts.

I had the app on Android, and noticed it has stopped working. Checked on Play Store, and app was gone.

Guessing it's gone in the UK with the introduction of Sky Sports +. Not sure what they will do abroad.

If you login and go here - https://www.ccfc.co.uk/videos - you should see your match passes. I’m pretty sure there’s a new CCFC app on its way for it.

Thank you for your purchase of an iFollow Sky Blues pass during the 2023/24 season. We are emailing you to inform you that from the start of the 2024/25 season, the service provider of iFollow Sky Blues will be changing, which will affect your renewal process.

Your iFollow Sky Blues Season Pass subscription will not auto-renew due to the change of service provider and you will need to re-subscribe for next season when passes for the 2024/25 season go on sale in July 2024.

Don’t worry about forgetting, we will be back in touch to remind you via email just as soon as passes for the 2024/25 season go on sale.

Sorted today. It just didn’t want to co-operate. Can’t wait now.
Thanks everyone for help and suggestions.

The price increase is next season rather than this one, BTW.

Lets hope that this year they will focus on the football being played instead of an 'action' replay of some random guy walking down the touchline picking his nose

Does anyone know if there has been any further communication around this? Also, has anyone purchased the new season subscription yet? It's 180 GBP.

If you login, it'll ask you to reset password and there is a season pass now available. I'm quite confused, usually I watch Cov on iFollow and the Sky games on Viaplay (living in Denmark), however there are no games on Viaplay now. I have checked the fixtures for the next few weekends and they don't have any EFL. My assumption is that since they changes, they no longer have the rights. I'm now trying to work out where I can watch the Sky games now (Oxford game for example). Will these now be on iFollow? or not...

Communication is always so poor on it. I always get an iFollow season pass and then I have an IPTV subscription for backup but this year for the first time I’m considering just having my iptv.

Must be a pretty decent revenue stream for the club and I know they don’t manage it so I hope someone has some words

I bought my subscription for 166 euros at the beginning of July and everything seems to be working properly on my PC. The countdown to Saturday's game is up along with the fixture list...

If I remember right any game shown on sky through the red button was also available through i follow last season, so hopefully the same this season. It was the featured sky games and one's picked for international broadcast that were not available on i follow.
