England lost to Netherlands 0-2.
Scotland drew with N.Ireland 1-1.

England play France next who just slaughtered Italy 6-1, so it's not looking good for England.

It's a France vs Spain final again. Repeat of 2016 final (France won that 2-1)

Final: Spain 3 France 2

I think we can conclude from this tournament, that England will not be competing at the highest level for the forseeable future.
However currently there are thin margins among the top few teams and anyone could beat anyone on a good day.
