I think it’s the groups allowing third place teams through. None of them are putting top effort in cos they know they can bimble through on minimum effort.

Realistically, UEFA will only expand it and I’m not against that, but let’s reduce the qualification process because I agree the competition would be weaker.They need to go back to 4 groups( tough competition ) , or it has to be 8 (weaker competition )..
