The thing is and I don't want to moan because I thought we did well defensively first half ..

Is once the game plan is out the window like England's is currently, you have to change it .

Massive difference in quality between us and Spain, regardless if we get a result here.

The way Zubimendi can just replace Rodri and everything’s all fine is a timely reminder that actually, Declan Rice etc aren’t as great as people think. It’s not to do with Southgate, it’s people’s perception of our players. We have a few really great players that could make the Spain squad, that’s it.
