Erm like virtually every youth / academy team in the world then? Our conversion rate is better than most tbh

I'm not knocking them, just pointing out that some of our most promising youth players have failed dismally yet average looking ones like Wilson are now England internationals and touted for £50m+. It can't be taken as read this will translate to the first team.
