Postponed again due to him being medically unfit.

Not being funny, I'd fight Klitscho next week for £5-£10m or whatever silly money it was he was going to get.

He's apparently suffering from mental illness, which if true, is fully understandable why he's pulled out the fight.

How many chances does he get? Obviously mental illness isn't something that can be just fixed overnight or a time put on it like a leg injury.

He gets as many chances as he wants with Mental illness, if true. I seen an interview with him probably over a year ago where he said he's had suicidal thoughts before.

Tyson may be very jovial, but I doubt they'd lie about something like this, if they have that's the lowest of the low and they can get to fuck.

No I agree about making it up.

I mean if somebody has belts, surely there's a cut off?

Mental illness can't be fixed or a time put on it line a sprained ankle

There's no mandatory due for either belt, if he doesn't have a scheduled defence by next Feb/March I'd imagine he'd be stripped.

If he's got mental health issues is it the best idea to have box again at any point in the future? There's been studies linking boxing to an increased risk of developing depression and other mental issues. Still a lot of unknowns but is it wise to take the risk?

Remembering it was Eddie Hearn that said it, I would take that with a right pinch of salt.

Having suffered myself, I dont take it lightly but I'd bet furys issues stem from a rather sudden smack of an alternative reality.......he doesn't strike me as the sort of individual who copes well with any sort or criticism or scrutiny.......not ideal for the undisputed champion of the world

One thing I will agree with you on, don't take what Hearn says as true, he's a liar and he's jumped right on the back of this linking Joshua with Wlad with absolutely no intention of ever making that fight, as that would be his main cash cow brutally knocked out.

You're correct
Joshua is way Away from fighting a pride hurt klit.
It would be embarrassing.

Fury and Hearn have been hating on each other for last few years so Hearn is just on his spin cycle.
Really really hope fury Fights again, it's the kind of non vanilla fighter the Sport needs, cocky knob heads always sell Fights.

Not looking good for Tyson, I don't know much about PEDs but from what I know of cocaine I would suggest it can't be overly effective to enhance performance, surely it is more of a recreational drug but if it is on the banned substances list then he should be stripped.

Its going to be a long way back for TF from here. This could be the best thing to happen to him, stripped of titles, regains hunger and fight to want to win, compete and work hard, however I worry that it is more likely to be detrimental and the start of a downward spiral.

TF named one of his kids after Prince Nas and was a huge fan growing up, I fear his life may begin to mirror that of the man he once admired.

Fingers crossed the people around Fury can get a hold of him and help sort his head out else the country will be robbed of one of its best ever heavyweight talents

Best ever? That's a strong statement, I think he has been very fortunate that his style didn't suit Vlad to give him the belt in one of the worst eras in heavyweight history. Not one previous fight of his made me think he had something special.

Think he is having a bit of a melt down, would think somebody close would reign him in.

The age of social media, "retiring" in a tweet whilst probably at the bottom of a bottle in a dark room somewhere, such a shame to see, the British media have played a huge part in this.

Not sure why it's not been reported, but the klit fight is officially cancelled and not ' put back ' like last time.
Had confirmation email to tell us we are getting refund, where previously told no refund until it's cancelled.

It must be very frustrating for ticketholders who now have train tickets and hotels booked but it is always a risk, I have stopped going to live events mainly because of this.

It sounds like he is in a real bad way, the signs have been there for years that this was a serious possibility, have you read the Rolling Stones interview?
