Twitter reaction to Why?-When? protest (1 Viewer)

For the first time ever, I wish I understood how to use twitter (someone on some post mentioned Coventry was "trending"). I tried searching around for a better feel of how the outside world responded to the match's signs.
Are there any younger social media savy folk out there with the proper understanding, software, etc. to conduct a social media research evaluation and report back with findings in a blog or something? I read through some great comments and sympathies from Arsenal and neutral fans, and also atleast one self-righteous Villa fan laughing if the attendees get off the highway at Northampton. One individual even mentioned she wants to now follow CCFC after watching our fans' passion. I really do not know my way around twitter enough to know how or what to search for, retwittering, etc.
Anybody able and curious enough to pull this info together? Might be very useful to forward on to mainstream media outlets as well because, most likely, after Friday, attention will be diverted back to Man Utd and the rest of the usual suspects.

Missed a glorious chance though to utilise the famous Tom Jones song and belt out 'Why, why, why, Seppalla!'

Live TV games often mean we trend on twitter, mostly talk of the game in general. If someone tweets for example, good game this is arsenal v Coventry, then that goes towards trending As Coventry has been mentioned in the tweet. I didn't look but I imagine that arsenal and podolksi were also trending. Had a quick look through tweets, mostly as predicted people commenting on the game only a few tweets saying how unfair our situation is and a few mentioning the protest. Apart from that it's just a normal live game trend

A few picks for you

@SDivitt: Shame on all involved in the @Coventry_City mess ! The fans were great yesterday, get them home !! From a villa fan !! #why #when #ccfc

@stephpgold: Very proud to be at the match last nite. Sometimes football is bigger than 22 players and a football. Coventry fans did their club proud.

Few pictures of the protest also tweeted

I should have realized that was the case. When I was thumbing through searching for the word Coventry I found loads about the game, some about the Why? protests. It was about 1:00 a.m. over here when I was trying to look, but I felt I was probably missing out by not knowing what the proper search terms or how to even use twitter properly. Still would be interesting if the protest organizers, the SB Trust, or an independent attempted an analysis to get a better idea of how the protests impacted neutral fans.
And a special thank you to Jackoskyblue. The picks you dug up were good to read!
