Agree with most of these, but not having Auf Wiedersehen. It should have stopped after series 2, but those two series are still classics.

Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) is proof that you should repeat tv shows and NEVER REDO them.

Petrocelli

(Currently doing well on loan at Wrexham as well I believe).

Totally showing my age but I'd love to see the Telly Goons again. However, the 'forward thinking' BBC destroyed the recordings to make space for other stuff.

Bergerac and Lovejoy but with the same actors as much as possible. Top Sunday night tv at its best.

The Monocled Mutineer.

Monocled Mutineer was repeated on Yesterday or Drama about 3 years ago. I think British drama peaked around that time (Paul McGann certainly did) It still looks fantastic and the soundtrack is great, one of my favourite TV themes.

You just had to refer to the season that includes 'Quarantine'

Shoestring! Never seen that repeated since it was first shown. With that, Bergerac and Monocled Mutineer, George Fenton was killing it with TV theme tunes in the 80's.

Yep, the writers were on fire in series 5, gag after gag. The new stuff is awful which is such a shame. Should have been left well alone.

Johnny Jarvis.
But I’m sure I read somewhere that it had been accidentally erased from
The BBC archives.

Crown Court.
We’d love that on here wouldn’t we.

Although it's from my childhood stuff like Knightmare I enjoyed - harder than most adult game shows IMO! Nowadays it'd likely be a VR show.

Also anyone remember Mysterious Cities of Gold with the Golden Condor?

Is there any old stuff you can just watch again and again and still find it enjoyable and entertaining to this very day?

Always find I can enjoy the old Colombo episodes. Just something about them that perpetuates my enjoyment.

Scrapheap Challenge.

I spent many late Sunday afternoons glued to the TV as middle aged men ran around a scrapyard as the below temptress acted like she cared.

Do you long for the days of throwing derogatory racist terms around Willy nilly with not an eye brow raised?
