Does it say that? Is that from the CT article, cos they seem to be guessing that might be the case, rather than knowing any facts.

Fortune can go.
Would keep Tudgay, great professional and ideal to be on our bench.

I would want Mowbray to provide them a banjo and a cow. They have one chance each.

If they can't hit the cow's arse with said banjo they should leave.

wouldn't worry me at all if they both went...If we are to be successful then we need a threat on the bench not someone whos only threat is to the wage bill !!

Harsh on Tudgay. Has a reasonable scoring record for us and doesn't deserve to be lumped in with MAF.

Certainly on MAF's go!

I don't want Tudgay to leave as I think he is a decent squad player. I've seen enough of MAF to decide he isn't good enough for us.

If that's correct it suggests to me a striker is on his way in, no way would TM go into the second half of the season with just Adam Armstrong who if he signs on again could be subject to a 24hr call back.

I cant see both being let go at the same time, unless TM has players being signed as replacements, think we do need another option up top and maybe a target man is what he is looking at. MAF would be defo on my exit door list and depending on signing Tudgay would be very close to it if better can be found.

If we can sign a goalscorer it would take 'pressure' off Armstrong and be better overall for our promotion hopes..Tudgays done ok for us but for some reason not getting a game so he may as well go

It makes me laugh when people say tudgay has done Ok and MAF has not. Tudgay's goal scoring contribution has been dire and his status has been elevated by not playing. Last season most people on here couldn't stand him.

I would be glad to see the back of MAF utter tripe when I've seen him play

We have to question whether we need players who are good bench fodder or unlucky not to get a game. Don't we want back up strikers who TM finds it hard to leave out? With the best will in the world neither are pushing for a starting place and in the run in we need more. I would expect one or both to make way for a genuine starting place option.

Yes I read Wiki and saw 4 from 22. It's actually 7 from 37. Either way a goal ratio of 1 in 5.5 games isn't very good.

Whilst I agree about Tudgay (and FOrtune - hes easily our most disposable, or second to Connor Thomas but as hes injured he moves down a place....), hes sat on the bench for most of the season and not been used, so why would he want to stay and continue to do this when he could potentially leave and get atleast some football at another club? I like him, but cant see it working out for him here, not least while TM is manager anyway as he doesn't seem to rate him much, and id rather TM stay and Tudgay move on to pastures new!

Both are arguably surplus to requirements now with the way we play, and should be totally irrelevant to our needs for where I hope we will be next season. Both have horrible goals to games ratio's.

I would keep one of them until the end of the season, but if them both going frees up budget for a more progressive signing, I am all for it.

3 in 4 starts (plus on at half time once and a bunch of cameo appearances) this season.

6 in 20 starts for us overall.

Thats not "dire".

*mobile edit:

Not sure you can judge any striker on Pressley's last season.
