Not my family but they can see who they are from my page.
Just careful what I write now most of what I say is a piss take but some take it to heart.
Been accused of being on the trust board etc etc etc.
They just have no brains on there have to get abusive when they are proved wrong.
And these are ST holders.

good idea but should open it for everyone

best case scenario loads of new ST holders

Worst case scenario, a slightly bigger crowd for next 2 games

Wonder if there’s limitations around discounts if they open it for everyone that don’t apply if it’s a ST offer?

Think it's 2 games a year below X amount of discount isn't it? (Excluding cup games)

They will do cut-price days at some point in the season I'm sure of it. But those are better later in the season when the new season shine has worn off and it's getting colder and darker. Early season you get quite a few going anyway before some inevitably drift away so maximise your income at that point. Someone somewhere will have worked out the expected revenue of full price with a slightly smaller crowd vs reduced prices with a slightly larger expected crowd.

Offering ex-ST holders discounts early on makes sense because they're the ones much more likely to get another ST. Plus it makes them feel like they're being considered as a special case. Cut-price days will see the fan who goes to the occassional game but has no intention of going really regularly turn up.

Does it say if they get a pro-rata season ticket? Because if they go to these games and then get a ST if they don't get any money off they've paid for one game they didn't see and twice for the next two in the TBYB offer.
