Has the Sky Blue Trust lost its way?

I would guess that the majority of its members want SISU challenged over what it is doing.

The trust has recently taken the approach as encouraged by some on here of sitting on the fence. So they are not seen as anti SISU.

This apparently would pay dividend open up dialogue with SISU etc etc.

What has it actually achieved other than silenced the trust.

What have been the benefits if this new approach

Look at the way they were treated by a representative of the club at the last public meeting.

I for one and I am sure others may agree want the trust to represent me by challenging SISU.

Get to the bottom of their decision making.

ML failed to answer basic fundamental questions in Friday and luckily for him each question was moved in and he was not asked why do you not have these answers.

ML said he wants a public forum to answer the questions

Come on the Trust get onto this get in the public domain about when this meeting is.

Correct me if I am wrong... But the trust backed nopm, which was seen by our owners as encouraging fans to stay away from games... Would you want include them in any further negotiations? They should of stayed as far away from nopm as possible and backed kcic to the hilt.

They should be the voice of the majority if their members.
I don't think their members want them sitting on the fence.
I am happy to stand corrected if they do. However I think their members want them doing stuff to highlight our situation
I think their members want them asking the difficult questions of the relevant people and not letting go till they get the answers

In a democratic society , like the trust , the majority line should be taken . It's a bit like a shop steward not listening to the people he represents . IF the members want this line of action , then the board of the trust should pursue it . IF they don't want this course of action then they shouldn't . Simple as that brothers

Completely agree

It seems a few on here chirped in saying that they should be impartial. For some reason the Trust have listened to the handful.

I think the Trust should be mindful of the views of the minority, but if the people in charge of the Trust have been elected (in some way) by the members, then they should decide what they think is best. If you keep going back to ask what 'the people' think then what's the point of being in charge.

If it were me in charge I'd stop the meetings with the club, there doesn't seem to be any consultation going on, so what's the point. Obviously it's likely I'm completely wrong, so I'll trust the leaders of the Trust to make the correct decision.

I just want them to arrange this public forum ML wants and ask him those questions again. However really push him for the truth.

They can be impartial but still ask the awkward questions.

I think many want a definitive answer from ACL regarding the decision to reject the CVA so they can push them on that as well

Being impartial should be the same as a wet lettuce

That is easier said then done.
Sisu would not talk to the trust so they could not arrange anything.
We have also had open meeting that were arranged by the club What did they achieve???

If you are really bothered about the trust and what they do then come along to one of their meetings and have your say.
There are also places on the board if you think you can do better?

I have a high regard for the trust
I just want you back doing what you were doing before, representing the fans. Not been encouraged to sit on the fence.

Did you hear ML's interview Friday?

Those questions need asking again from the fans voice (the trust)

He has offered a public meeting are you intending to take him up on that and facilitate it?

A lot of fans are asking why ACL rejected the CVA.

Can you press them on that as well.

At the last meeting where ML attacked the trust what challenging questions did you ask him from that point?

I am only a member of the trust I am not and do not want to be a member of the Board.
My opinions are my own they are the same as some trust members and different to others.
As I am not a board member I am allowed to say do and act as I please, sorry but couldn't do that if I was on the board, you have to be rational and more professional to do that.
The members need to come to meetings or e-mail the trust with their opinions and actions they want doing they cannot read the minds of members.

It is by far an easy job....
