It's easy enough to do, I have also offered to create a moderated sub forum where questions / things can be raised to be printed off to be raised at meetings.

OK so we can't formally propose a motion, but we can still coordinate something as there is (or should be at an AGM) an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and prompt a debate/discussion around the Trust's stance.

Usually the Members can agree to shorten the notice period of a meeting. If that is problem then have a second meeting after first with shorter notice?
However, I am sure CJ would receive the proposals any way for a further meeting if that us necessary. He wants to have a consensus of views I am sure

Re attendance, I can’t to Trust meetings from Switzerland so easily. More than happy to have someone from here act as proxy for my vote.

So 2 questions. 1. Who from here is willing to pull our collective opinions together. 2. Who would like to help those of us who can’t attend by acting as proxy?

I can help pulling together suggestions to put forward in a co-ordinated way if wanted
