Why? Because you are on here going on about being hardcore, have you done anything hardcore yet?

Using FM Genie and giving CCFC unlimited money doesn't count either.

My original comment was telling the truth though Nick, Fisher constantly lies to the fanbase, and everyone laps it up like little puppies wagging their tails.

What would be wrong with demanding the truth from our beloved owners? and being a little more than just a nice bunch of fans going about their business and sending a letter saying please sir please can we have the information on fantasy land whilst you run us to league two.

So why not arrange a meeting with Tim Fisher and shout you are a lying piece of shit in his face?

The problem is SBT, is that if you don't keep it civil, then you run the very real risk that the door to the club is closed to the Trust as an organisation. You could make the case that that's fair enough because the club aren't listening anyway, but personally I wouldn't give the club the excuse to disregard us so easily.

You can ask hard questions without having to demand new owners or a new board, and I think that would get us further personally. Once the trust comes out and says 'the board has to go', that's the last thing that we're likely to hear from Fisher towards the trust I'd say.

It was expressed clumsily elsewhere, but every radical organisation needs its political arm too.

Dialogue with the club will always be needed to resolve issues, and some organisation has to do that. Given the SCG is largely discredited, it'd be a bit crazy to move to a position where they're the only ones to have said dialogue.

I think we need to start targeting Fisher.
Fisher Out rather than Sisu out.
He's the only one there.

Absolutely. However, the Trust are the ultimate one-trick pony.

I'm up for it.......we have nothing else left have we. It feels to me like our owners have a plan that doesn't include any success. What else have we got left other than to stay away...... Scunthorpe, Tues 10th???

Judging by yesterday, you and 20,000 others are staying away. Won't make any difference.

Firstly I didn't stay away yesterday - both Mrs Wheelfass and me have season tickets, we haven't missed.....yet!!
I would do it with a heavy heart Torch but what else is left. We have marched, chanted and voiced our opinions on here. We are squabbling and bickering between ourselves about a situation that we can't seem to change. It feels to me like the owners have a plan that doesn't include any success for CCFC. We just go round and round in circles pointing fingers. Of course we want to support the team but more than anything we want that team to be a successful one.......it doesn't have a chance with the present owners.
Abstaining for just one game may not make any difference at all but it would send out a message. Jimmy Hill once said you can't beat a football team AND A CITY. We have nothing to lose by demonstrating with solidarity with none attendance for just one game. I'm not even sure that it's the right way to go......but I can't think of anything else.

Couldn't agree more with you, I really couldn't. The problem is there will never be a total boycott. If losing 20K off the first gate back doesn't send a message then nothing will.

It does need something like this, financially it would be the only way to hurt them (but also hurting the team) but to be honest we may need to take a further step back to sort this issue. Enough is really enough now....

Your probably right with that. One game wont make any significant effect to the finances, and I am not sure it would grab the headlines the same way as if we were still in Northampton (national media have lost interest in us now).

Long term low attendances are happening anyway without the need for any organised boycott. Those sustained low attendances are a result of the mismanagement of the club, and will have more effect than any planned boycott.

You are quite right that long turn attendances will have an effect but that will be a gradual process. I just think that a one-off would be more of a radical statement of solidarity. Just an idea and nothing set in stone, just feel that the boats up the creek with a torpedo heading towards it and we're just sitting here watching it waiting for the BANG.

Because as soon as you personalise it you tackle the symptom not the cause.

Take, for example, removing Richardson but leaving McGinnity and Robinson there as the prime example.

Well? Anyone out there got a better idea or are we just going to get hit by the torpedo? We could ALL give it a go or just sit back and wait. What do you all think, is it a goer or not, are we together or not? Let's discuss without all the scrapping and decide what we can do to try and make our feelings known to the owners. As already stated, it may not make any difference to the way the owners react........but it would show the strength of our feelings for the club that we all love. What else we can do I have know ideas, I just feel that we need to make a show of some sort before it's too late. :-(

Firstly, you'll never get ALL, so need to dismiss that notion.

Secondly, such an attempt to get ALL leads to deflection away from issues, and onto fans. One of the most destructive campaigns for the future of the club was NOPM - it split fan against fan, saw fans categorised into separate groups, saw the general voice lost into petty squabbling, and saw categories still there.

Thirdly, absence can be represented as apathy. It shows nothing, presence demonstrates - see, for example, the ones that worked in drawing bigger attention -= march through city and Arsenal.

Fourthly, if you want to demonstrate the presence of absence, you'd be better off getting as many as possible to walk out at a set point. Them not being there just gives a mandate to a 'bring anybody into the city other than CCFC as nobody cares about CCFC'. You need to show otherwise.

Fifthly, get away from the black and white thinking of ALL. That's the most destructive element of anything, the badgering and hectoring, the losing sight of what's important and an attempt to drive fans away by making a point.

Ha, it's ok though because the trust just want to watch "Top Class Rugby".

Can't see the problem with somebody taking their kids to watch their team play to be honest.

Or his mates who have made him look a bit silly giving it loads on the front line then doing a massive U turn when they get a sniff of "top class rugby". It's ok though, can't watch the team people have grown up supporting.

Nor can I, but to blame them for going to Northampton as torch did is just cowardice go or not go should be your own choice so stand up and be counted.

Same as the Wasps situation I personally don't go, but if I did I would stand up and be counted not hide behind someone or something else.......

Funny how the ones who really hate Rugby call them egg chasers and rant about them going. Funny how most of the ones that you go on about are season ticket holders at CCFC and also go to CRFC games.......Maybe they just like to watch live local sport.

Ah so they are hiding behind liking live local sport excuses now? After they were having a go at the "I want to support the team I have grown up loving" reasons? I get it now.

The most of the ones I go on about were giving people shit for watching the team they support, but it is ok as long as they just like watching live local sport (with no links to the team at all, in any way shape or form). I see your point now.

Pretty low that's harsh coming from you.

I remember BHSB inviting you to a chat outside the ground when we were signing up people for the Trust before the Northampton move.

You accused us of bullying and that we were threating you, because it fitted in with your agenda.
Nothing could have bee further from the truth do you not wonder why BHSB has never replied to one of your threads directly.

Erm the link was Coventry City were playing there, and people supported Coventry City. Quite a big link isn't it?

No, I call them hypocrites because at the time they were giving people abuse and now do the same thing (to watch a team they dont even support). Surely you can see that? You will notice I only mention it towards people who were giving people shit for Northampton, if people want to go and watch Wasps then it is up to them. If Wasps fans want to go and make the journey then fair play to them.

A good shout, maybe you would like to organise it. I'm all ears and waiting to give you my support. What game do you suggest for your plan and what time shall we "ALL" walk out? Please tell.....before the "BANG" happens please.
