Was my previous post too cryptic for some?
I mentioned it on Friday. No-one said anything and now suddenly people are talking about David Mitchell.

If he has to give it back would be interesting, I'm sure they'll find a workaround.

We're hearing from Vice-President JD Vance who has called the ruling "lawlessness from the court, plain and simple".

"Today, the Supreme Court decided that Congress, despite giving the president the ability to 'regulate imports', didn't actually mean it," he wrote on social media.

"[The rulling's] only effect will be to make it harder for the president to protect American industries and supply chain resiliency," Vance said.

If fair elections are held and a Democrat wins, so many of these criminals in the Trump regime should be put on trial. Mass trials for the ICE goons as well.

How many of them do you think have done that out of interest? I get that that there should be a few who are rightly put before the courts, but mass trials sounds very heavy.

I believe huge numbers have violated the 4th amendment to the US constitution, which protects against unreasonable search and seizure. Anyone who has apprehended people, gone into homes, workplaces etc and hasn't produced a warrant signed by a judge based on probable cause that they've committed a crime, has violated that right. The high profile cases of ICE agents murdering US citizens go without saying.

It would at this point be easier to list the crimes that have not been committed by this regime and its subordinates than the ones they have. The president himself is deeply, deeply corrupt and the 'border czar' Tom Homan was recorded accepting a 50 grand bribe in a brown paper bag. We could go on and on.

The cases against the 'protesters' probably won't get very far. Whilst Pretti shouldn't have been killed, there's a reason the story has disappeared from the front page overnight. The guy was a violent antagonist and has been on video attacking law enforcement. It is unlikely those officers will be prosecuted.

Other than being a bit heavy, which I agree there has been some evidence of, you are not going to see mass trials of people who were doing a job you don't agree with. I have said before that I also agree that ICE needs to be reformed and a few should be made an example of, but mass trials seems very heavy.

It’s difficult to take this post seriously to be honest. The rights in their constitution aren’t up for debate and these have been violated countless times.

You see the Irish guy story?
how many more of those are there?
No right to a fair trial
No right to innocent until proven guilty
No right even to know what law you’ve broken

It's difficult to take the 'mass trials' post seriously. It's the kind of thing you would see on Reddit.

I have said multiple times I agree that some of the ICE agents need to be struck off, and the system needs reform. If you think they are just going to shut it down and throw everyone in prison then I suspect you are going to be in for a shock.
