The irony of that, the laughing emoji is your best mate.

Yes I do, as I posted earlier he fits pretty much all the criteria.

But again, I thought you didn't care.

So if he a fascist are you ok with this government support a fascist leader?

I would care if the uk was supporting a Hitler from the early 30’s - I’d be very disturbed - if you see that and you still support this over what does that make you?

I never said you did and you seem to not be answering the question?

Are you comfortable with the uk government co-habitant with a fascist?

We could do with an answer on this?

Really fucking weird how you're fine with him being a paedophile but when someone calls him a fascist you put the defence shields on maximum and go on a posting frenzy to defend his honour.

Bizarre stuff.

No I couldn’t care less.

I think he’s a narcissist and a sociopath.

I would suggest for the same reasons most of your list would also apply to JFK

But I will give you one more chance

if he is a fascist should the uk government still support him as an ally?

Completely missed the point. There’s a lot to admire about FDR but he was accused of being fascist, to socialist/communist.

But of note, in the section, that in the 1930s there were those that viewed fascism as a ‘third way’ between communism and capitalism. This is certainly how fascists viewed themselves in Germany and Italy.

Trump is obviously a peak capitalist…

FDR didn't come close to meeting the threshold for fascism and won four elections in a row, two of which were during one of the biggest conflicts in world history. Britain postponed elections until the war was finished of course.

I posted earlier why I think Trump qualifies as a fascist, and why someone who worked closely with him thinks he does too. It's a bit hard to take your opinion seriously on this in general; didn't you write that Biden was trying to politically persecute Trump?

From that, it’s plain to see that you and others on this thread have no understanding of fascism outside of v vague labels.

You compared Trump to Mussolini… Mussolini was a socialist before being expelled from the party for supporting Italian intervention in WW1. So how is Trump like Mussolini exactly?

Donald Trump is a sociopath, a narcissist and a misogynist

He’s an identikit figure to JFK other than the fact he doesn’t want to drop nuclear bombs all over the place.

Neither are fascists but they are very similar

"You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial," the US president said.

"A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen."

So by that token I guess he would say the same about Charlie Kirk? Or if Trump was sliced up we'd just say 'things happen'?

Not the point I was making and you know it. I was waiting for you to jump on that cos you had no actual answer and you didn't disappoint.

If was merely finding arguably the most extreme example in history of where downtrodden normal people thinking things couldn't get any worse provided enough support to a person for him to seize power and for him to make it much, much worse for them.
