Judge rules that during its large-scale enforcement operation in LA, DHS/ICE has been arresting people without probable cause -- based on factors like accent and line of work.

Seemingly they are just rounding up anyone who doesn't look right in LA with zero evidence required that they are actually in the country illegally. Also at least one person been killed, found with a broken neck, and the veterans association report that are missing veterans, who are US citizens, who have been rounded up and they are unable to contact.

Not that anyone wants civil war but for decades we've heard American's have an absolute right to arms in case they need to 'rise up'. How far do things have to go before that actually happens?
