There are enormous conflicts of interest in the US health system, Doctors are incentivised to medicate and paid excessive amounts of money to prescribe and treat with incredibly expensive drugs. There is no money in keeping people healthy.

Killing tens of thousands of civilians as Israel has done, destroying homes, hospitals and schools, killing aid workers and essentially carrying out ethnic cleansing of the region, is despicable. I’ve called out Isreal and Netanyahu. They have committed war crimes and need to face the punishment for it.
