Fucking hell, it's even worse than I thought it could be.

Trump wants to impose greater financial penalties on Ukraine than what was imposed on Germany after WW2.

Yes really, he wants Ukraine - a sovereign nation invaded by a hostile neighbour - to pay more reparations than Germany paid for killing 6 millions Jews.

He's also fired a lot of officials at the agency responsible for overseeing the US' nuclear stockpile without realising that was their job

I may have to double check my history textbook provided by @Mucca Mad Boys but those were WW1 reparations, not WW2.

It mentions both WW1 and WW2 reparations in the article.

Either way, it's fucking nonsensical.

Looking forward to the Trump bootlickers try and explain this one.

He sees it as a way to funnel hundreds of billions of dollars more to his robber baron mates. Quite what it does to stop a future invasion I don't know.

Perhaps he thinks draining the country of all its money and resources means not even Putin will bother going back in.

Trump admin claws back $80M in FEMA migrant funds from NYC, setting up battle with new prez pal Mayor Adams

Millions in FEMA funds sent to New York City last week to help with the migrant crisis were clawed back Wednesday, officials said.

No we're not, we just know that it won't be an end to the appalling bloodshed and death if you give Putin the areas he's invaded. He'll just restock for a few years then attack again.

And if you don't believe me then look at Crimea. Remember when giving him that was the end of it...?

Again, the Trump administration had nothing to do with that accident. There have been numerous articles and explanations posted into here, with some alarming stuff about ATC over the previous governments, and you've ignored all of them.

No matter how much of a clown that guy is, your daily obsession with him isn't healthy man.

Ignoring this thread half the time shows there is no daily obsession. The man is a dictator in all but name, not just a regular clown George W Bush character.

I'd love an end to the hideous bloodshed and death.

But it needs to be one that doesn't reward an appalling tyrant and war criminal for trying to usurp a sovereign European government.

Your orange hero is kissing Putin's arse mate, and you're lapping it up because y'know owning the libs is all that matters.

When you get a chance Google "appeasement', and let us know how it worked out later in terms of hideous bloodshed and death.

And quit pretending you give a fuck about it anyway, you're only angry and upset because people are being rude about Trump - you couldn't give a toss about Ukraine.

An unhinged and immature ("your orange hero") response.

While others rightly voice reservations about the permanence, structure and cost of any peace deal, your crazed rant is motivated solely by your blind, tribal hatred of Trump rather than any hope that the death and misery suffered by the Ukranians, Russians and even North Koreans just might be close to ending.

You've absolutely proved my original point.

I will continue to hope that the long overdue talks bring an end to the hideous slaughter.

In the meantime, have a good day, I'm off to see my customer in beautiful Gothenburg. Always an enjoyable couple of days.

As I keep saying Ukraine don’t have to accept any deal and US can withdraw support and the Eu with Britain continue to fully support through raising revenue via its own citizens.

It would appear there is little stomach for Starmers plans of sending troops in though (other than silly old Macron)

So asking questions about murdered civilians is 'shameful' but cosying up to the man who killed aforementioned murdered civilians is perfectly fine? OK Seb.

What is being put forward instead is the equivalent of making Czechoslovakia pay Hitler for letting him take the Sudetenland.
