there are a few trains running from the arena back to Coventry after the game (21:50, 22:50, 23:40) which only takes 8 mins and £2.80 for a single ticket. 5 minute walk from the station.

Sky Blue Tavern put on a mini bus from Dhillons after the game I think. I have seen them advertising tickets on their site before. Thats about a 10 minute walk to there? 15 tops

Walk along the canal is about 30 minutes. I’ve never done it at night though.

Best to go down the casino for a pint after the game. Let the crowds all clear off and then get a taxi straight to the hotel. I doubt he would want to be wandering around CV1 late at night in February.

Just get the bus! No. 3 from Hen Lane goes to The Burges. Easy to get to from the stadium, and avoids Foleshill Road.
