Who really is in charge of this?

I seem to remember waggott getting plenty of praise on here for the transfers over the summer. Now it's all pressleys fault.

And do we even have any scouts? I remember years back us having one of the best scouts in the country.

JS is in charge, all financial matters go through her,
SW & TF are mere puppets,
& as far as scouts are concerned, that's the clubs business,
& they will only relay to the fans what, they, the controllers, want the fans to swallow
& further, the owners will remain secret, because the FA haven't got the **lls to do anything about it

According to Pressley at the fans forum at the start of this season he makes all the transfer decisions as far as who comes in and out, Waggot sorts out fess, contracts etc.

Yes we have a team of scouts watching football all round the country, when Pressley came in I think he said there was one scout. Now they have a team of them watching games all over the UK.

But that is pretty meaningless because there is no money for transfer fees and a strict budget for wages. So the decisions are really made by whoever sets those limits and that isn't SP.

And so does every other team. And no doubt their scouts are better paid than ours since we can only afford scouts that no-one else wants.

How I see it is Pressley gives Wagott a list of the players he wants who then looks at it throws it in the bin and goes out and get's some players that are cheaper.

Maybe Waggot should take over recruitment, he couldn't do a worse job than Pressley lets be honest.

He was our fans at times put themselves into the land of the fairies as it feels nice. I was taking stick for talking about the goals of Moussa and Wilson and how we have replaced those players with terrible goals to games ratio's. Wanted to be wrong sadly I was right.

I dont trust SP or SW with transfers and I am shocked that SISU do. Or maybe they dont and thats why we spend no real money?

The club is reactive more than proactive in regards to the transfer policy,, they do everything on the cheap, everything on short term and almost everything that leaves them open to use the we cant compete excuse when losing out on players.. They set up to fail,, they have been lucky in Wilson, Christie and Bigi in returns they have had, Clarke was the last player brought in and sold for profit, which was a deal every man in the stand could of made.. It say's to me we since SW has been up there as football director!!!!!!!!! we don't bring in any players who are on the up or have potential to help the club short term and help financially long term, it has to fall on them..

SW is not good at his job, he has believed that selling 1 to bring in more will create success while not understanding that losing quality players and bringing in 7 shit ones creates a downward spiral.. Madine is another example,,, if they wanted him so bad why did they not set the deal with loan to perm from day 1 instead of letting him showcase himself and his contract situation to all and that would be looking... SW has a massive part to play in this and JS as even bigger,, SP is in this pot and has to take responsibility but he by know means is the driver of the policy.
