So what exactly happened to that Tottenham link that the Telegraph were reporting was a done deal? No mention of it from either club and nothing to show from it at all. Just the Telegraph jumping to conclusions?

haven't they agreed to sending us a player that they released in Jan ?
I'd expect Lameiras was recommended to Mowbray by a Tottenham youth coach or scout.
I expect we will utilise some loans from Spurs but I can't see it happening till later on in the window.

Correct they will wait to see who they are going to use and then place the others where will suit the players development most.

It's more the fact that neither club has mentioned the link, and nor has Mowbray since that Telegraph. Yet to see any evidence that it even exists.
