"1300 Preston tickets have all ready been sold, mark my words"

Eastern, if you can predict a league finish I will head straight to a betting site and lay it, as I know it wont be true !

realistically mid table is about the best we can hope for, i'd settle for safety on the last day personally and if we did reach the dizzy heights of the play offs SP should get manager of the year assuming he hasn't moved on by then.

This website is like a mixture of Jeremy Kyle and Question time and it seems as tho people have forgotten that its a football forum.

So, Forget everything that is happening off the field, Where do you think we will finish? Do you think we will lose anybody to another club in the next week?

I would like to think that SISU / Otium will really make an effort to get the fans back on side. That means keeping the players we have. Pressley can't do much to strengthen but a season when we don't have four different managers would be a good start.

I'd say top six but the squad is a bit thin.

Usually the bookies are not far wrong, they have us 2nd favourite to be relegated & 2nd worst odds to be promoted.

I figure bottom 6 at the end of the season.

If the team that I saw on Sunday gets relegated then I will eat my own shit every day for a week.

We were outstanding. I concede that it is possible that we might lose key players, but if we don't, I predict solid mid table at worst even allowing for the bad spell we're sure to have and an apparent lack of strength in depth.

Defensively you might say there are issues, but then Preston somehow scored from every chance they created, and while not at Carlisle, they didn't trouble us much by the sounds of it.

I largely suspect you've already been eating your own shit, because that what general comes out your mouth.

We played two games at sixfields, one we only just won, one we only just drew, we've let in 8 goals & scored 9. Sounds to me like despite a free scoring forward line, as the season progresses we're in for some right thumping's. get real folks.

I think if we can keep the same squad with maybe a couple of additions we won't be relegated.

Can you do bets on survival at bookies?

12-1 for a top 6 finish

40-1 for promotion

honestly I think we are in for a rude awakening soon and the bubble is about to burst but I'd love to be wrong.
