I'm betting on something like this.....

.....................

Thank you all for attending...

We appraciate that there has been immense speculation surrounding the goings on at CCFC in the past few days and we have called this press conference to ensure you are all keep up to date with the internal workings of the club...

On Wednesday Ray Ranson expressed his desire to leave after he felt that he was getting frustrated at the lack of investment on the player front. We have invested over 20 million pounds into the club since we took it over 3 years ago, and we are currently covering debts ammased each week from the fact that 23,000 fans do not turn up each week to watch the team.

Income streams are limited due to us not owning the stadium and the player wage bill is higher than average for this division and in this time we have continued to invest by supporting the manager abnd making funds available for extra wages.

We promise to maintain our investment throughout this season and have taken steps to acquire new board members who are "talking to potential investors" whilst all of the time, maintaining all focus on the team staying in the championship next season...

A press conference will be held here at the Ricoh arena on wednesday, where we will wheel some poor spokesman out who will be responsible for sidestepping as many questions as possible.

Or....

Welcome friends,

We are pleased to announce Sheik Muhammed of Binley has bought the club and has already put in bids for Ronaldo and Messi!

He has a fortune of over 200 billion and has said he will take this club from The Championship to The Champions league. He has also just bought A new Lexus for every single season ticket holder!

Hurrah!

Foleshill would have been a better shout! He also owns EFC on the Stoney Stanton Road and has made his fortunes but ever since Fattys closed his business has been down so he wants to invest in football!
