Am so desperate for good news I fell for yesterday's hype. Should have known better but for first time am really feeling like I can't be bothered with it all. Was going to get Swindon tickets today but now realised that instead I can watch a team called Coventry who have Sky Blue kit and play in Cov. So **** it all, I'm going to Sphinx tomorrow

Sadly they aren't the team you support. Go and get a Swindon ticket. You know it makes sense.

I wasn't excited at the 'exciting news tomorrow' as this is Coventry City FC.

Don't quite understand why a few people were getting excited by this so called 'exciting news' to come.

even at its best ,we would end up outside of cov ,with all the problems of getting to and from ,parking etc ,with no outside the stadium facilitys, and at its best ,no more capacity than highfield road, what a right smack in the gob ,I can see where your coming from mate ,cos like 1000s of others ,we are in the same place, its all a fucking joke ,

Somehow feels like this is the straw that broke the camel's back. When you talk to anyone outside cov they all say the same thing - sisu will never return to the ricoh cos they want it for peanuts and a council can't just give away a public asset; if sisu really intended building a stadium land would have been identified and they would be well into the planning application process by now; sisu will either liquidate or stay in Northampton long-term. I'm not going tomorrow but will no doubt end up doing Rotherham and pick and choose a few more away games but mainly it's going to be Cov RFC and Sphinx for me for rest of season. Really just want to stick two fingers up to this whole mess and never again have to mention sisu, acl, the FL, Appleton, Parliamentary Debates, Judicial Reviews and all the other BS
