How many people has he been responsible for helping to convict in his 'fight for truth and justice'?

He hasn't managed a single useful action that has in some way allowed justice to be served on those that need it - he has however almost caused trials to fall apart and stop people that belong in jail going there. All in the name of what exactly?

Didn’t his defence team wait until the appeal to bring some complaint up, knowing it would help their case? What was the remark..? Oh, I know.. „ not illegal, but not in the spirit of the law“. Here it is smart, but elsewhere it is outrage.

What a load of bollocks Mart. Why spread your bullshit from your beloved EU thread to this one?

He is guilty. Full stop. They admit he is guilty. He admits he is guilty. But that isn't what is being debated. So keep your lies to yourself on this thread. Or at least try and understand what is going on and do what you always have a problem with......look at it with an unbiased view.

Did find it funny that his defence was that details of those standing trial were already publicly available via the press. At the time we were told it was vital for Robinson to be naming them as there was some big cover up and nobody else would report on it.

Funnily enough... when something happens to this backbone of Britain there are snowflakes crying about the poor TR victim.

He’s a crook, thug and a populist. And a useful idiot for the American alt right trying to influence politics in Europe.

He‘s out ( for now ), get over it.

But as usual you don't care if rules/laws are broken or procedures are not followed as long as it ends up with the result you want. Yet you try to make out that I am biased for wanting to see that laws/procedures are followed correctly.

If he gets the same sentence again at the retrial then he deserves the sentence. He will have to do his time. The only problem is that it has given him even more time in the media that he doesn't deserve. And it will cause more doubt and give his supporters more ammo.

I agree. But the British legal system still needs to show that it does everything to the letter of the law. And this time it has failed.

He would have gone down that day regardless because he breached the rules of the Canterbury conviction so that would be three months, out at half way providing he kept his nose clean which being in solitary was always going to be the case. The issue is Leeds case in isolation. This should have been heard while serving his three months for Canterbury, which it wasn’t and for all the reasons covered it was an error that it happened this way. He almost certainly will get a prison sentence in the retrial given he’s already admitted his guilt and from what I’ve read given his prior conviction for the same offence he will serve that sentence as being a repeat offender within the period of the previous suspension he’s lost the chance of a suspended sentence on the second offence. Long story short, if it had have been handled correctly in the first place he would most likely still be inside right now.

How could it go so wrong? It happens and happens regularly. If it didn’t we wouldn’t have an appeal process and an appeal court. This allows justice to be done correctly and to the latter of the law. That being the case Robinson will be treated fairly and within the law. As is right.

You keep saying he pled guilty. He didn’t. He was never asked because contempt of court is not a criminal offense, it’s a civil matter. You’re so ignorant, it’s embarrassing.

Convicted of assaulting a neo Nazi at an EDL rally. And convicted of signing a loan application that was made by a family member who had falsified his annual income.

Abu Hamsa had several followers in his group that have since been convicted of terrorism To compare Hamsa with TR shows the pathological way that so many TR denigrators make false equivalences.

I was originally referring to his furniture which was in response to your ridiculous complaint about his appearance and lack of exercise. His only piece of furniture in the cell was a mattress. I was the one who told you he was writing a book so obviously I knew he had been given a pencil and paper.

It turns out the reason for his weight loss was that some of the inmates had threatened to poison his food. So he refused to eat the food.

Hasn’t he been arrested for beating up his girlfriend who refused to allow him to keep cocaine in her house? And when the police arrived I think he head butted the copper. He also beat someone up who complained that he hadn’t received the EDL merchandise that he hadn’t received and he is also a convicted football hooligan. Now I’m all for giving people a second chance because we all have had trouble in the past. But I do object to what appears to be his disregard of the law and wonder what his motives are. Is he so morally outraged? Pakistani gangs who rape and molest children are scum, however they just have a different method of abusing kids. All abuse is wrong and causes untold long lasting damage be it from a gang or a family member. Potentially messing up a trial is wrong, no matter what these people are accused of they have a right to a fair trial and so for that matter does Tommy Robinson.

Don’t believe everything you read mate. Him and his Mrs had a row in public (before anyone even knew him and no one knows why they were arguing) and an off-duty copper told them to stop and things went from there. A bag was found in her handbag.

Are you sure he only had a mattress and nothing else?

Was his food not taken sealed to him directly from the kitchen by a guard who made sure it was OK?

They are both preachers of hate. They encourage violence through their respective messages.

They both actually have an identical view on Islam and want to stir up hatred and violence in the community.

The bloke isn't that clever.

What he says is true about some people but not true about the vast majority. The problem is many use Islam as a reason to do what they do when Islam is really the opposite. Then we have the grooming gangs that have got away with it for many years as the police and authorities don't want to be seen as racist. They didn't want to be seen as targeting Asians.

It is the same as when a black lad gets stopped for driving illegally on the road. 'You only stopped me cus I black' No I stopped you because you are driving illegally and also have a long criminal record doesn't come into it.

Yes there is racism in all walks of life. But the small amount of racist police officers shouldn't mean that those committing crime shouldn't be targeted because of the colour of their skin. But it happens. It gives people like Robinson a stage. A stage where serious racists can use him as their mouthpiece.

Some people desperate to avoid the call of racism, attempt to split hairs.

Racism is also cultural discrimination. Being downright offensive about a Muslim because they're a Muslim is... racism.

Classic use of the 'but he has a black friend' in there too. Not like you have to be racist against *all* people who aren't Aryan, is it.

Which is the point I have tried to make on here.

He certainly doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the box. And that is in every way you look at him. But I also struggle to see where I can say he is racist for definite. But you can frequently see where racists use him to their advantage.

He left the EDF because he couldn't control the right wing nutters. But he doesn't seem to see that he is a right wing nutter.

Or I could be wrong and he is very clever.

But it doesn't change the fact that he wasn't treated right by the legal system and that reporting of the case was made illegal. Right or wrong it doesn't look good.

He’s not short of a few quid. Had 2 businesses (frozen/closed by police after mortgage arrest) and 9 properties. Think he started as a builder.

After becoming infamous he wrote a couple of books, both of which became best sellers.

Because if you get arrested before your famous it doesn't count? It's shocking how some people hold this prick in high regard. Even saw free Tommy Robinson stickers on the road signs on pickford way. Fucking embarrassing. He's become an icon for paranoid mainly male white people who have been moulded this way by the mainstream media. The very organisations that Yaxley-Lennon seems to be fighting back against supposedly.

Your suggesting some sort of blurred lines because of the timescale, he assaulted a copper it doesn't need fleshing out. However I believe said copper was trying to stop Yaxley-Lennon from assaulting his GF. What a guy.

According to his legal team it was recorded incorrectly. He never admitted guilt.

A couple of more pertinent questions completely ignored by the MSM.

1. Why was he convicted of contempt when he was reading out material that was already in the public domain as reported by the BBC and Guardian? If TR was in contempt by reading out what they had written why were the BBC and Guardian not also charged with contempt?

2. Why were any reporting restrictions imposed on these Muslim grooming cases? Such restrictions have not been imposed on other sex abuse cases. Clearly we can’t trust the judiciary to treat such cases equally and based on their merits.

He earns money from subscribers to his website. Are you trying to suggest he’s a paid shill of the Zionists.? That’s the claim often made by the Jew hating scum on the left. Of course they have no evidence for that. But who needs evidence when you can simply make stuff up?

No, I am trying to say after hearing him speak to an American bloke the older guy was clearly pulling his strings and manipulating him. This then passes on to people like you who then listen to it all and swallow it up. Imagining him there in his freezing cell with nothing but a mattress for comfort surrounded by thousands of Muslim Extremists all trying to kill him.

The copper was off duty and in plain clothes. As far as TR knew when the incident occurred he was being assaulted by a member of the public who was intervening in an argument he was having with his missus. He denies assaulting her as he said it was a verbal row.

The American bloke you’re talking about is a right wing journalist from Fox. Tucker Carson. The Fox News team are little different from the Islamists in terms of their conservative religious views. TR has said often that he is not religious. I really wish he wouldn’t speak to people like Fox News.

As for his cell, I never said it was freezing. You’re straw manning again.

People like me? Do you mean people with Oxbridge PhDs? People who earn over $450K per year? People who have spent many years studying Christianity and Islam? People who have lived in Muslim countries? Academics? People with mixed race kids? I’m all of that and more.
