I just said he has been in danger in the past and the judge was aware of that before they unnecessarily rushed him to prison.
In this instance the execution of sending him to prison is like me saying I want a dog put down and sending it to a boarding kennel where it gets looked after. Did they not send the memo?
Why would they send him to prison for it to be done when it would just prove everything he says as correct and make him a martyr?

I don't think it's the release of him, it's more your and others posts that are getting replied to.
Two seconds on google and you find out that he was on the remand wing awaiting sentencing. He was never on a Cat A wing. Mortgage fraud that time wasn’t it? Clearly he likes the taste of prison food.
No, some people try to pretend they are not upset by it, but scroll back a few pages and there were borderline celebrations when he was sent down.
All I've said is that there have been attempts on his life in prison before and that there could have been again. That is not factually incorrect whatsoever. It is also not stupid to think there are some people that want him killed. Not only would I expect that would be the thoughts of some on here, but judging by their raging replies, I would say that is also probably pretty accurate too.
There are thousands of people in prison who will have people who want to kill them for various reasons. They could be nonces, owe them money or it's revenge. He isn't a special case because he will have people who want to get at him.
If it's that dangerous for him, why is he even putting himself in a position where he can be sent there?

It's no more delicate than an ex copper, a rapist, child murderer etc getting sent to prison. They get protection too.
If I was worried the authorities wanted to hurt me by putting me in prison then I'd make sure there wasn't a chance they could send me down.

Former English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has been jailed for 18 months for mortgage fraud.
Robinson, 31, from Bedfordshire, who stood down from the EDL last year, was sentenced at St Albans Crown Court after pleading guilty last November.
The fraud amounted to £160,000 over a period of six months.
Judge Andrew Bright QC described him as the "instigator, if not the architect" of some of the frauds.
Passing sentence, the judge told him: "This was an operation which was fraudulent from the outset and involved a significant amount of forward planning."
He described Robinson as a "fixer" who had introduced others to fraudulent mortgage broker Deborah Rothschild.
"I am satisfied you took part in a thoroughly dishonest course of conduct," he told him.

The £160,000 in question is the equity increase in the house from purchase to sale, which the Police removed as per 'proceeds of crime'.

As ways of silencing people, locking them up in a high profile case, engendering howls of protest from supporters, before then releasing him to mass media attention ain't exactly the way I'd go about it...For a man with everybody looking to frame or kill him he doesn't half put himself in silly positions.

It is said that he left the EDF because he couldn't control the right wing nutters. But does it prove that he isn't racist? I absolutely hate racism. But should racists lose their right to freedom of speech? My heart says yes but my head isn't sure.
Also he was sentenced totally incorrectly. Even an idiot should come to this conclusion. But as we can say many will argue the point. We need to have the same law for everyone. And a fair trial for everyone no matter what the crime is. And consistent sentences for similar crimes. And judges should be removed if they can't show consistency.
But as usual there is always some that want the sentence they would like to see given and forget about consistency.
