Some quotes from today's press conference with TM.
"I’ve had teams where there’s been unrest in the dressing room but with this team the strong men in the dressing room are very positive and dominant and on board with what we’re doing."
"They don’t like to lose and yet they are having to take it on the chin at the moment.
But there are no shrinking violets shying away from it and we’ll get on the bus and go to Gillingham and try to get a result.”
No shrinking violets! Plenty of pansies tho.
Any ideas on the strong men in the dressing room? Can only think of vincelot and stokes the only ones with passion.

I can't listen to those press conferences any more, they bear zero relation to what I see on the pitch every single week.

There isn't a single dominant character in that dressing room - or there was, but he's recently moved house to new playoff contenders Scunthorpe

Can't argue with a word of that.

Words and actions are two very different things at the moment with our club.

It's just a shame none of them are strong or dominant on the pitch.

I certainly don't see any leaders out there on the pitch.

Vincelot was leading by example and therefore the leader of the team in my view but his form has dropped off of late and so has his leadership qualities as a result.

Hats off to you! You got 'leader,' 'leading,' and 'leadership,' all in one single sentence

The only real talkers in the tunnel before games for example are Fleck and Cole.

Fleck gets really angry before games and tries to get everyone up for it

Is it because we are Coventry that managers and chairmen and others think its ok to talk total shite and expect us to listen, I'm sick to the back teeth that because of our love and passion for our club , people think we will just keep giving our money over and take the lies and bullshite ,it couldn't be much worse if Coventry council was in total control of the club. I'm really getting to think that going down to the conference and starting again, instead of stagnating in each league we are in, until we eventually go down ,and just getting fed bullshite .

I think the guy with the leadership and passion is currently out on loan due to a fall out! he'd run all over the pitch with 110% effort and gesticulate at the ref and players. We have lost that passion on the pitch.

o brien featured in most of the poor results/performances during December/January.

I'm fairly sure that in the only 2 games we won during that period against crewe and port vale he was a late sub.

Mogga is one of those managers who protects the team and players from the media.

Unfortunately It's been a long time since I've seen fight, passion, playing for the shirt.

The players don't seem up for the challenge or motivated.

He spent a lot of today justifying Murphy and his so called lack of interest and fight. For me it's nothing to do with that, but is ineptness to consistently be a threat for us. TM used the Peterborough goal as an example, yeh but how often has he done that of late?

Jim O Brien was pissed off at being a sub at the moment it looks like most of our players look pissed off to be on the pitch and have to run about and break a bit of a sweat for our club

Murphy is a good player, but a bit of a poser too. Had a great shot that hit the post, yet he stood there for 5 minutes admiring it

Hmm, I always get worried whenever a manager feels the need to tell everyone how there's no unrest in the dressing room...

My sentiments too. A team doesn't go from "Scoring goals for Fun" to not being able to buy a goal, let alone a win. :O

Caught the Mogga interview on the phone in tonight and it sounded like he was eating. Was the interview in the canteen ?

He was eating.

CWR asked him to choose something to eat from the canteen menu that gave a true representation of the Coventry City team since Christmas.

He chose tripe.

There should be unrest in the dressing room, they should be ripping each others throats out. Their run of form is a total, professional, embarrassment.
