IMO Gunnar is a gonna. Really not fussed if he signs or he doesnt!! No big loss and most definatley replaceable. Heres hoping Deegan turns out equally as good, if not better. AT saved some space in todays CET report to give him a mention re his fitness which can only be a good thing!

I reserve judgement still on Deegan, I am hoping for the best but I hope the club don't just take the opinion that there is no need to replace Gunnar as we have Deegan. I am still not convinced about his quality and his fitness is an obvious concern. This is not necessarily saying that Gunnar is a class player becasue over the last two seasons he has proved to be the opposite.
I fear that this could be the action taken by the club for the forseeable future and there will be very little transfer activity for the City for the rest of the window.

Totally agree 'Covstu', i would rather a decision 'YES' or 'NO' , rather than these players and agents messing us around. I really like deegan, can easily be as good as Gunnarson i think. Hopefully Thorn also has some players lined up to add some extra depth in midfield.

gunna is far to over rated, had one good season but since then has just gone down and down, cant say he will be missed if he goes,

I know I'm in the minority here but I like Gunnarsson - are we all forgetting he's only 22 and should only get better over the next few years? He's already a superb athlete, and I liked his performances under AT at the end of the season. I don't think he's over-rated, and it'll be a shame if he goes - I'd rather see him develop here rather than at one of our rivals.

If his contract expired last week, then he HAS gone!

He is no longer a CCFC player -end of.

Shame, but let's move on, there are far more important players that we need to keep, eg Cranie and Clingan.......they would be much harder to replace. They also have the right attitude!

Gunnarsson is very hit and miss. Whereas Marlon was hit and knockout

I like Gunny, but if he goes/is gone i'll get over it.
One player doesn't make the team.
