Interesting if you dare to question any decisions made by Robin's you are no longer a proper fan, great that we won a football match on Tuesday night but that makes a total of 3 wins since 1 April 2024. I am hardly doing cartwheels, if he gets us into the top 6 that would be about right.

Top 10 and that is a good season and deserves credit.

Back it up with another 3 on Saturday and deserves lots of praise, we need to start showing some consistency

We need to stop working against him IMO,if he then fails fair enough I suppose but don't bring a striker when we're looking for a midfielder would be my medicine!

Where have I said that I said “ the dick heads who said he’s lost the dressing room and the players aren’t good enough, at least reply to what I’ve actually said and the proper fans know hes going to turn it around and didn’t want him sacked after 7 games

You've got a strange agenda against the manager and have done for some time.

There’s a difference between criticising decisions and wanting him gone. I think he’s made errors this season in selection and tactics. In fact he’s admitted as much. But he’s a quality manager with a proven track record, he’s heavily invested in the club and gets 90% of stuff right. That’ll do for me.

I don't think top 10 could be considered a good season. It would be just about acceptable given the amount of money we've spent and the level of players we've got.

If we fail to go up them we're likely back into another huge squad turnover replacing the better players like Sheaf, MvE, Wright, Simms etc. and hoping we can bring in good enough replacements that gel quickly.

This season was the big opportunity where everything was set up nicely.

Just get the owner on the same page as the manager and we'll comfortably get into the top six and beyond!

Hardly cherry picking, the facts are we have won three games in the League since 1 April 2024.

Three number one goalkeepers in six months is folly, as is suggesting we reign in our expectations and having no idea of our best eleven, I would suggest that if he got 90% of decisions correct we would not have to be satisfied with our current position.

No, he’s said he’s not involved as he was, which is fine. But the final say is his as to whether to progress a transfer.

never seen quotes from him saying he doesn’t have final say. If that was the case I’d expect him to walk, cant be having that.

Absolute hogwash I’m afraid. What is a “number 1 keeper”? We’ve signed a young, international keeper to strengthen our squad. If you think he’s reigning expectation in away from the banal sound bite press interludes you are incredibly naive. And the distance we’ve travelled and where we’ve been along the way suggests he is getting lots of things right.

Top 10 would be ok depending how it comes about. If we're bottom half and sneak 10th after winning the last couple of games that wouldn't be good enough. If we're there or thereabouts and fall away with bad luck, running out of steam or a couple of key injuries as per last season really, then I think it's ok.

This sort of plays in to something I've said about our form under Robins, we seem to have huge spells of promotion form followed by huge chunks of relegation form.

Our support would probably be a lot less reactionary if we picked up points more consistently throughout the season.

It does, and I do realise there is a pattern, but I think each time so far there has been a valid excuse with the possible exception of this start of season, when I genuinely believed we would hit the ground running. For whatever reason it hasn't happened. Arguably with no Sheaf, but then it should have been addressed that someone who rarely plays a full season should be relied upon so much.

In the past there have been ground and pitch issues, lots of loans or new players bedding in, small squads, key injuries, running out of steam after the cup exerts etc etc. After we took Everton apart pre-season and played such lovely football, I went out for the first time since relegation from the PL and backed us for promotion (so I guess I'm partly to blame!)

No he doesn't. Doug does. If he says no, nothing is happening.

Although I have wondered if there is a player he identifies but the scouting department say no, would Doug let him overrule the scouts or not?

We only do it under floodlight.
I've never been feted as a tactical genius but maybe for the next home game regardless of daylight?

Revolutionary Idea, now we have numerous coaches can we adopt a new technique.
I'm thinking all being wired up not really In that sense but for Communicating.
Then in each stand get them in crowsnest type thing and report back to the touchline what we can all see every match, failing that a zip wire set up!

The upheaval is huge I fear at the very least it was being talked about by then,MR is lost in this set up, don't drive him out, offer him the package at least and get him to volunteer I think!
