Jesus. Managers don’t identify the players at this level at any club, but Robins has consistently said that he has the final say. I’m not sure why some fans find this concept difficult.When asked about dovin , Robins said " apparantly he's a good keeper "

He might be saying yes or no , but let's be honest most of the work is done by recruitment and that will still happen should Robins leave

If the recruitment hasn’t been up to scratch then the fault lies in this orderSo when your recruitment come and show you the data and tell you these players are good enough , you say yes because why are these people going to out shit on your lap ?

He appointed the head of recruitment, he has the final say on transfers ( his words, not mine ) , he coaches the team, he selects the team, he selects the formation, he decides the subs, etc etcRobins doesn't identify the players or agree the fees.
