Clubs like Tottenham do not afford the likes of Tim Sherwood the time to develop a team. Until the harsh penalty and sending off they were in with a shout but once you are down to 10 men and 2-0 down to a team like Chelsea with 40 minutes to go 4-0 isn't so bad, unfortunately the Spurs higher archy will see losing a London derby unfavourably.
