His record is incredible

* Joined the CCFC board in summer 2011.
* Made 6 managerial appointments, 5 so far have not been successful.
* Final home game before he joined the board had an attendance of 22,436, compared to the most recent home game of 9479. Average has fell from 16,310 to 9103 - a fall of 44%.
* Final game before he joined the board the club was 18th in the Championship, now 24th in league 1 and heading to the bottom division.
* Took over a club that had a 50 year tenancy agreement in place to play at a stadium in Coventry. Admittedly a bad agreement, but his solution to that was to just not have a secure tenancy.
* Took over a club with a successful academy, now under threat.
* Oversaw the clubs first ever relegation proper from the 3rd tier.
* Done absolutely nothing to increase non matchday revenues - something he himself has said is a priority.

How is this man still in a job?

Will be interesting to see what replies your thread gets skybluethere are some on here who fail to see he is the main reason for the decline you so accurately illustrated, a robust campaign to get him out of ccfc is well overdue.

Yes I think it needs to get personal. Forget about trying to force Sisu out for now. We need to get Fisher out.

100% correct fans seem to overlook he gets personal. What we have here is a two headed serpent toxic Tim Fisher and sisu one needs cutting off and I'd put Fisher the priority one.

and this thread shows why from sisus point of view fisher does an excellent job. He limits the amount of flak Seppala takes. He's also stopped ccfc making a loss for sisu which is what sisu are bothered about. Fisher is the monkey not the organ grinder and for things to change it's seppala who has to go

the OP asks how is he still in a job? Because his sisu paymasters are happy with him, simple as that.
They have less idea of what this club needs than he does. And after 9 years this season has been their worse yet for a whole host of reasons. just demonstrating that they've learnt nothing.

Or was his "job" to take the club to extinction! Get their own back on the " City" that buggered their grand plans to make some quick money by getting the Ricoh arena and all thhe land around foe next to nothing. I would also love to know how the hell this man ever achieved anything. He seems to have been to Uni done very well as an engineering student then by a miracle appeared at the head of a bank! Then he gets into football......................infuckincredible!!!!!!!!

He's failed at that to though. How much money have SISU lost since he arrived? It's not like he's got us sitting debt free is it? Has he even shrunk the debt?

Odd defense from you there Nick.

How is it a defence? Surely you can't say "why haven't they sacked him" without knowing his actual job aims?

The debt isn't shrinking, but the leak has been plugged a lot more. So to them it will be seen as better, the football will be irrelevant to them.

Because someone lists some (not even all) of his failures and you try and throw a positive in. That isn't actually a positive. The leak he's "plugged" he's largely responsible for creating. Again an odd defense from you.

For me his biggest crime is his attitude to the fans (customers) and his supercilious abnoxious style of presentation.
I can honestly say that during my life I have met thousands of people either through buisness or socially of all different faiths, ages, shapes and sizes and he is the most odious of them all.
Getting back to my gardening now !!!

How is nick defending fisher? We all know fisher is there as a front man to take the abuse. He's got the club operating without the need for sisu to put money in, that's great for them. They'll be hoping for a fluke promotion and maybe our value will rise for a takeover. In their eyes he's doing a grand job

So Nick, are you suggesting his tenure can be measured as a success. He may well have plugged the leaks but what is he doing regarding achieving debt repayment or debt reduction.
Surely relegation to Division 4 could not have been one of his job aims
Surely reducing average gates by many thousands would not have been a target.

So you're saying it's a negative then? You felt the need to say he's plugged a leak while failing to point out the bleeding obvious that it's a leak he's largely responsible for. At the very least you're going out your way to put some shine on it by not stating the full picture.

He has presided over one of the most efficient and shameful asset stripping jobs in football history, upset anyone who can liaise with and help the football club maintain a base in Coventry, alienated local business, reduced the squad continually to low value, short term mercenaries, done a deal on selling off the training ground, lost all the court cases actioned in the clubs name, trashed the future of the academy and sent us spinning to our lowest level in 58 years..................other than that he's done a great job !!

Fisher has followed his remit to the letter. He is instructed to take the burden of cost off the investors and keep the business afloat. This ways monies can be taken out and past back in the form of loan repayments, pension schemes or wages.

To do these things he has to be able to find away to misdirect, pivot and generally be the barrier and absorb the anger and emotion fans have towards the owners about our football club. He is not stupid and does this very well, but nobody should be under any illusion about the business owners or him, they have no care for your anger, hatred , emotion, commitment, history or love of your football club. They care for business unattached from any of the above.

They are the all seeing eye, but have Tim as the bad guy for a reason. He even is purposely provoking, obnoxious, uncaring and detached by design, it's a misdirection.

And sadly it's working, because if fans think Tim is solely the problem, the trick has worked. He is an actor being directed to speak when told, to appear in front of camera when asked and play the bad guy when its needed. Our club is truly a bad film and if you want a different ending then all the top decision makers and directors have to go for us to see a different ending. Because at minute the ending in this disaster movie doesn't end with the good prevailing.
