Some interesting news i've received this week from someone high up in CCFC. TF met up with Joe Elliott in the week but nothing major and takeover not in the offing. Fisher isn't actually an employee of SISU and merely passes on information from a board of SISU representatives lower than Sepalla, has no actual say in what goes on in the club is just the messenger/ fall guy. Hasn't been paid by CCFC for 6 months and is currently earning his money from a Computer business he runs as well as being Chairman.

It's really nice of him, doing all this work for free.

Fair play to the man!

Also another key point, JS isn't the person at the very top of SISU its a gentleman called Dermot John Coleman, who earns the biggest share in the company and is also a director. As well as this we are not actually owned by SISU, Otium are who we are currently trading under, with Mr Fisher and Mark venus as the sole directors.

Suggest you do some research at companies house.

The day to day running of Ccfc is down to the board of director. Sisu provide the overall strategy. Yes fisher reports to Sisu but he isn't just a public shield for Sisu.... he actively controls and carries through his decisions within the finance provided

The board of otium being Timothy Donald Fisher

There is no board of directors between Ccfc/ sbs&l. The only directors at Sisu are Seppala and Coleman. joy Seppala owns 3.5 times as many voting shares in Sisu capital than Coleman. Therefore she controls Sisu which controls sbs&l which controls otium which controls Ccfc.

Tim fisher is fully complicit in what is going on and Sisu is joy seppala's company

Sisu have a total staff of something like 11 and we are to believe Seppala is not fully aware and controlling what goes on at probably their riskiest investment?

Given fishers achievements at Ccfc it should be no surprise Ccfc has not paid him ........ you could argue we are due a big refund..... does he get remunerated in other ways?..............

The question would be how much work does that computer company do for ccfc?

It's that middle bit this one controls this one which controls this one easy to get lost in who owns who.

Likewise, you will wait and see. It's a fact also Fisher hasn't been paid by CCFC for some time.

A man who can go on the radio and say he isn't motivated by money.

Strange then that he chose to embark on a career in risk management for international banks as show by this extract from his CV on Linked In.

Ceased to be paid directly by Ccfc around Feb 2015 I believe....... there is more than one way to get round that. Frankly though fisher is a fundamental part of what is going on paid or unpaid.

So he acts for free completely under seppala's behest then :banghead:

Only thing I want to wait and see is Sisu and fisher walking out the door giving the keys and ownership of Ccfc to someone capable on the way out

It does get somewhat confusing doesn't it?
Companies House still list Mark Venus as an Active Director of Otium Entertainments Ltd whereas the OFAL list the Board and Directors as:

The board, the directors and the staff!

Coventry City Football Club
Founded 1883

THE BOARD
Chairman: Tim Fisher
Life President: Joe Elliot

Read more at Boardroom

You pays your penny and takes your choice as far as I can see.

What point are you trying to make in your OP? Regardless if TF is a direct employee of sisu or whatever, what difference does it make? What point are you trying to make?

You mention in an earlier post that you are training to get into banking. Strongly advise you don't model yourself on Timothy Fisher. Also it will help you in later life not to be gullible and listen and believe everything you are told.

I would head that advise, but considering you are a man who can tolerate Simon Gilbert it makes your opinion completely void to me.

Who knows, quite interesting that Venus is still credited as a director also still. I'm guessing that is due to the accounts not being updated.
