Looks like he still has some loose connections with our club and in particular our academy.
Reading his CV on here it sounds like he is taking the credit for players like Maddison progressing to the prem and national team.
its enough to make you feel sick but I cant believe Doug has allowed him to have anything to do with the club still

''As a person who has the held the most senior offices at a football club and therefore had the ultimate responsibility of creating and building value at a football club then I can state unequivocally that developing performance pathways for playing talent is the most valuable component of and the biggest value driver of a successful modern football club.

I have seen footballing talent rise through the ranks of the academy to the fringes of the first team and then onto to holding a regular place in the first team and then in the fullness of time to achieve an international call up. Indeed, through creating successful performance pathways at the club then I have had both the pride and pleasure of seeing talented players perform at their highest levels in both the Premier League and for their country. I am only too aware of the need to consistently progress the technical, physical and mental attributes of a player. Our Elite programme is designed to push student athletes through their own high performing levels towards attaining elite levels of performance.

Not sure with this... When I see Maddison play, the first person I think of is Tim Fisher.

I'm glad he is looking a lot healthier than the podgy bullshitting guy we endured for some years.

Have literally just been told that Joy Seppala was at Cheltenham Town's game against Grimsby at the weekend, and the strong rumour is thay SISU are buying them. Apparently Cheltenham have declined to comment.

To be fair to him, he was the one who persuaded Robins to return to the club.

It just says partnership doesnt it?

It looks like it's a lot to do with the education side of it (apprentices etc). If I remember, he had a lot to do with education in the far east and companies like that?

pretty sure this was the thing they announced before King tookover. Not sure there's really much benefit for King in kicking this in to touch unless its costing us money.

After the roaring success she made of her time here i'm not surprised she's looking to get back into football.

On a less flippant note, if this is remotely true might it suggest she didn't do so badly out of any deal made with King for the club? I suppose it could also be the case that Cheltenham look a good prospect to somehow make money from through asset stripping. Its hardly the type of club that screams potential for adding value to sell at a big profit down the line.

Well they’d run out of funds to even support CCFC to the bare minimum

Memories of Fisher; his lies, butchery of the English language, inability to communicate to fans, makes me wanna throw:
