Was anyone at the fans forum or heard the interview in which Tim Fisher said words to effect of

'If we don't go up I don't get paid it is as simple as that'

Was there any further explanation by him on this

ie any parameters or was it just a throw away politicians line.

I think he said a proportion of his pay was linked to achieving various aspects of success at the club, on and off it.

Won't get much of a bonus then with no players of any value to sell, mind you there's always the manager to cash in on.

I don't know if it is possible, I assume it is highly unlikely we would find out, unless he wanted to tell us, however it would be nice to know what his objectives and targets are in order to get this bonus and the time parameters.

Is it a bonus based on success this season. If so what was deemed as success this season?
Is it correlated with reducing the rent?
Is it correlated with getting the player budget down?
Is it correlated with promotion this season, next season or within the three years?
Is it correlated to getting attendances up?

Personally if we don't get in the play offs this season, I don't think he deserves a bonus.
I appreciate we now have Mark Robins and he seems a very good manager, however I can't help but believe the senior management decisions he has made this year, have made the play offs a very hard proposition, in what should have been a relatively achievable objective.

Way back when he joined to replace the last c.e.o. I am sure i read somewhere that part of Fisher's remit was to find a suitable buyer for the club, I have read nothing regards that since, perhaps i was dreaming.

I think he has got the monthly loses down to 250k a month now.
So I am sure he will get some credit for that.
Although that also suggests to me that the loss in TV rights was less that the benefit gained in the reduction in wages

wasnt that KD who came out with the pearl of wisdom that he was looking for investment alongside SISU and then said he would do so in as little as three months

My memory of that, and I might be wrong, was that he stated that one of his objectives was to find further investment for the club. That is slightly different to finding a buyer as an investor(s) has always been their preference.

So the money he saved will go towards his "Bonus" then!

he got TV money for the JPT Preston game £51,000 i believe + ticket money that was never considered in his budget, the Area finals will be on TV + the final if all goes well we could net £250k in TV rights and God knows what for a wenbley appearance ? can you imagine how may city fans would go to wembley! 30k average og £30 a ticket could be close to a million. however knowing us we will balls it up like we always do

I think the money pot for the JPT is shared obviously with the winner getting the most and so on, i bet that includes the Wembley gate receipts too.

I reckon after 26 years since a success
50 k cov fans would want to go.
Not sure how many tickets we would get

I think 45,000 is the maximum. I am sure the revenue isn't that great a deal though.

but will that 30/40 k fans be up the ricoh till the end of the season supporting the players and if we are led to believe the revenue would then go to invest in better players... or would they be the usual glory suppoters on the day chanting will support you ever more ?

Nope. 50k for the twin towers, only

Genuine cov in the top 6 consistently winning most weeks, playing good football you are looking at 25k

A pool of fans that has never been genuinely tapped into.

15 years of cov losing, selling their best players. Playing poor football.

You will only get your pure hardcore 10-16 k

Snozzer and Rupert are both pretty much on the money,The off field I think he hinted if he could get a deal to buy the higgs/ stadium side probably rent related as well.

Ruperts assertion of finding a buyer is backed by the fact that Fishers company Calimere Point specialise in just such matters as Turning

round /Splitting up distressed companies for the purpose of selling on .I doubt he needs to take much of a salary as his company will still be active on

other projects providing his main income, much more likely to take a hefty commission if and when those goals are achieved.,this model is closely

aligned with what happened at Charlton ,where they achieved a management buy out ,which was funded by an asian or middle eastern guy who had

previously been involved with Newcastle and one or two european teams IIRC ,name eludes me .

Right on the money wingy yet i think fisher is on a double edged sword £2000 a week (a guess)plus expenses plus the commisions you mention.

ie no buyers or investment well he will still be quids in..........and before some say sisu wouldn't be that stupid , they employed KEN DELUDED

methinks Mr F will continue to be economic with the truth,
no surprise there,
& no reply or comment from Mr W,
& still no further comment from 'hands on' JS,
a further example of the huge self-interest that prevails,
= couldn't give a 'FF' for the club,
the worst thing is that their actions are a 0% interest in our progress,
& a 100% for themselves,
IMO a myopic view of football,

Surely our progress and their interest in themselves are interlocked. The club doesn't progress, their investors don't see any return and they continue to tarnish SISU's reputation.

Well with average gates of about 12k this season and that includes away fans it seems some of the hardcore have gone soft.

We haven't progressed in the last 5 years,we've gone backwards. I wouldn't trust sisu or anyone associated with them to walk my dog(if i had one).

Not broached this subject yet as the word takeover sets all sorts of emotions off, but my belief is there are still possibilities in that department and last years people haven't gone away, i am certain all this rent debacle is linked and part of the whole scenario. Interestingly i believe Mark Robins was on RR's original wish list apparently.
