Tickets not arrived...Help please! (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Can someone point me in the right direction? I've ordered two tickets for the match tomorrow night but they've not arrived in the post and by the time the postie arrives tomorrow, I'll have already left the South Coast as I have a couple of meetings in the midlands.

Does anyone know who I should contact? Is it the club or ticketmaster?

And will they then send them electronically for me to print?

Usually if you take ID / your receipt etc in then they will print new ones out for you before the game and just cancel your old ones.

If they come to the Matchday Ticket Office from 3pm tomorrow, we can do a duplicate ticket for them

Same, here bud, I had to go to the butts office today, and had mine printed today, as tomorrow night I was finishing late from work, and I would have been screwed if they had not arrived in Tuesdays post.not acceptable at all.

I've always had them sent previously with no issues so didn't contemplate them not arriving. Will do that next time though.

Ticketmaster surprised me. I ordered 2 on Thursday and 1 on Friday. All 3 came in the same envelope on Saturday.

I should demand a refund on one of the postage fees though !!!

To anyone in a similar situation, just had to go to the ticket office inside the W&£ps club shop and the printed me out two new tickets. Whammo.
