Really don't understand those that go and queue for tickets when booking online is so much easier and quicker.

I would prefer they grab the moment and get new season ticket holders by selling at Sixfields prices.
A lot of us will just pay whatever for our old positions.
There's mixed loyalties also in respect of SISU owe us for what they did but if the money goes to the team it's okay with me.
I still don't trust them so I'll pay by credit card just in case they default.

I agree, they should have kept them the same price. I don't know how viable it would have been with the new costs but for pr it would have been great.
They haven't though and are still reasonably priced and with the massive calls to bring us home you would think they would be getting snapped up.
It makes sense to work out payment schemes also as people haven't had chance to save.

I agree with this, the club have to try their best to accommodate those who wanted to pay monthly.
The problem probably is monthly payment schemes are handled by separate finance companies normally so they take the risk.
I assume getting the arrangement in place was not possible given the timescale.
If people wanted monthly payment methods they could make their own arrangements.
If you've already got a credit card why not sign up for one with a zero interest balance transfer. Pay with existing and transfer the balance (there is an arrangement fee).

This is better all around I don't want to see an external company being paid by the club hunting down a city fan who lost their job and now can't afford the season ticket running up hundreds of pounds of fees to be paid to the scummy finance company.
It's been a finance company for a few years as far as I recall. I don't think it has been the same company the whole time, but has been external.

They have always been with a finance company to my knowledge. It would be very rare to do it as described. As they are books the customer could just not return the book and the club would have to persue the client.
Anyway as stated above get a credit card and spread the costs - it's no different.
