I could not be more frustrated with our club currently regarding tickets. I live over an hour from Coventry and have tried to reach out to the club on all the telephone numbers advertised on the official website 15 times over the last 2 days. The main ticket line just goes straight to answer phone that says it can't receive anymore messages. The corporate department don't answer the phones and I have sent 2 emails to customer service and the ticket office both of which have not been answered.

I am aware you can book online, but I want to take my girlfriend who is currently a wheel chair and will be for 6 months after a bad accident and cant book that online.

What can I do??

Right now it feels like the club are the barrier to my attendance. How many other regular ticket buyers are also trying and failing to buy tickets via a method the club are advertising on the CCFC website for the fans to use?

The running of the football club has been a sideshow for 18 months, now they are being asked to step up to the mark again, they are not equipped to do so !

Might be a daft question, but have you left a message? They usually respond to the messages, or as mentioned above Twitter seemed to be a good route to use to gain contact (the tweets and Facebook messages were being answered well into the early morning hours regarding Gillingham tickets)

Twitter is the best method. They don't like bad publicity on there for obvious reasons

Yes left messages on the answer phone. If you call the advertised number to buy tickets on now however it does not ring (and has not since 2pm) and just says mailbox full so I am guessing lots of people have been also doing this today. No email responses either?

I have tweeted them now so hope that route serves me better?

Taking me out of the equation tho, how stupid of the club to promote a number to fans that frankly is not a viable option to book tickets on. Do they want the 20k attendance they hope for or not?
