pay on day increase now removed - Tuesday night tickets sold at £18 . At least they are trying,

Only thing that will really get people to watch 3rd division football however is success

Hope this link works, was looking on Cardiffs site earlier on keogh watch and came across this. The other thing I noticed was they have around five pricing bands around the ground ,for match by match or season ,the cheapest on the day matches ours.

You have to give the club credit on this. They talked to fans, and have acted as a result of feedback. I think the Tuesday night reduction is an excellent idea.

You're right, success will bring people back, the club know this as well, but they can only try and make it as easy as possible for people to get to games by making improvements which are within their power and control.

Only just read those links. Its a very risky strategy to employ when people are already annoyed at expensive ticket prices. Its essentially a way for them to ramp the costs up should they play high profile opposition. Probably a pre-curser for if/when they get promotion as well.

God - sometimes i wish i lived in Germany. NOTHING happens in german football unless the fans ok it. Thats why tickets prices are under €20

Yes. The German club model should be copied around the world. Bayern Munich have proved the quality of football produced can be just as high.

don't understand why match day ticket prices stay the same yet we pay more for season tickets this season, even though we were relegated

Because you already get a discounted price on every single home game.
