Anybody have a clue how long it takes to get through? I've still not received my season ticket and when I call it just diverts to ticket master who tell me I need to speak to the club directly.

Nope its at the Butts. Best bet, assuming you can't pop down there, is to tweet the club and say you can't get through. Ask them to get someone to call you.

I have just booked a ticket for the Yeovil game. I enquired at the same time about my son's season ticket which still hasn't come and about my ticket which for some reason now has a block on its use. The lady there told me it is categorically a CCFC ticket office matter and that they (Ticketmaster) are still getting lots of calls each day with the same sort of queries.

Still no season ticket. Ticketmaster say I need to speak to the club but the phone number just goes through to ticketmaster. I can see on my account they've sent me another one out. Maybe my postman is a secret city fan.

Don't go today - incredibly it is closed on a Wednesday. Do SISU understand the definition of a "customer"

I have always found it tough to speak to a human being by ringing the number for the ticket office. Hopefully this is something the club will resolve in the near future.

Course they do, they’re the people who give you lots of money to play with in the hope you’ll give them more back.

Does anybody have a number that will actually get through to speak to someone in the ticket office and not at ticketmaster. If my season ticket hasn't come by tomorrow I'm going to go fucking ape shit at someone at the Ricoh on Saturday.

Do they share an office with CRFC? Could phone their number and ask to speak to our ticket office.

I finally got a reply from them after sending them a really pissy email (turns out being nice doesnt always work).

It said they sent one at the end of July but I may not have received it as my profile doesn't have a post code attached (it does). So now I have to go to the Ricoh at 11 on Saturday and stand in that impossibly slow queue to pick it up.

Anyone help me?
I'm trying to buy tickets online for this Saturday but I can't see an option to view each block and choose my seat?
The only option is to click how many tickets I want and they automatically allocate me tickets in the first row which I don't want!!

I'm doing it on my iPhone if that makes a difference.
