Hi guys, looking to buy 1 adult and 1 Under 19 ticket for Brizzle City away but it won’t let me assign my under 19 ticket to mine so I can purchase both on the same transaction.
Any ideas/ help appreciated.

Need to link the profile of the under 19 to your account.

He doesn’t have an account, does that matter?

I think you at least will need his supporter ID number to add the account to your own

Ok thanks, he is not a member and doesn’t have supporter ID I’ll call the ticket office tomorrow.
Just realised it’s one ticket per supporter number, so May have to watch it on the red button!

Hope you can get it sorted!

From when I've done it in the past, when adding other members to your network, you need to search via their supporters number

You should be able to create an account for him, then link if he doesn't already have one. Assume when you've bought tickets in the past you've just done it on your profile.

All sorted now, I called the ticket office and a lovely lady sorted my lad a supporter ID, just added it to my account.
Very helpful and tickets now purchased PUSB!!
