Still ongoing lets hope somebody behind the scenes reads this.. i ordered tickets online last Thursday and clicked on delivery.. paid for them then got a message saying they wasnt available for postage and i would have to collect.. so i finished work early today obviously missing out on earnings and i am currently 19 people away from getting served and just been told that this is a hour and half wait...what a fuck up.....

Wasn't Anderson supposed to sot it in the new year? Bit of a farce how you can't buy on a phone or tablet either and this has been the case for months now

Went there on Saturday to get a hoody for my Lad's birthday. There were 30 in the queue and it wasn't moving. I don't know how much money they have lost, but some of these people won't try again!

The ticket situation is a joke and I would have thought our local media would have took the situation up. I was at the Ricoh today got there just after 9.30 when the shop opened was 4 from the front but waited 50 minutes, only wanted one ticket for each of the two up coming games, when I left the queue was about twenty people long, I would think their waiting time would be over 2 hours. Does our new ceo Anderson or whatever his job title is know this ? is he bothered ? I feel sorry for the girl at the shop who is not even employed by the club. In this techncal age we now live in is it beyond the wit of man to set up 3 or 4 terminals somewhere in the Tesco complex for what if we continue playing as we are

Have tweeted the club, I am sure it isn't rocket science to get more terminals / speed it up.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. We just want as many up the Ricoh as possible as this just doesn't help it.

Being the clubs main source of income I would of thought it would be a top priority to get 100% right.

Why cant they set up a temporary deal with wasps until this fuck up is sorted better... there have been people waiting here that have given up... maybe not to return... dont blame the fans for not turning out blame the short sighted brainless fuckers who are too incompetent to set up a better system for ticketing

Good idea not hard just to change the tickets going in the machine at wasps ticket office or just set up there.

I don't know how so many of you get into such a mess trying to obtain tickets.

My experience of purchasing tickets has not once veered from - log onto website, select tickets, pay for tickets. All done in about 3 minutes. Tickets then arrive 200 miles away within 2-3 days.

Most concerts now and flights etc you can book online or from your phone and print your ticket off at home ffs ! One good thing though it is something to moan to sisu about now we can't moan about the team.

They said it's a connection issue. Nowadays with 4G you can get 30 / 40mb on your phone. I can't see a ticket system needing much.

I'd put money on it being the server and / or the connection to it.

The trouble is people see that as the club shop and that should also be the ticket office but no they have to move the ticket office 4 mile away from the stadium and all the hassle of getting there.

Nick, me and computerisation are miles apart but I accept your theory. If our form continued we, the club that is are in a great position to win back some lapsed fans and grab new ones, these are all likely to go to Tesco for their tickets waiting over an hour is ridiculous, how about a bit of a campaign on here to try and get it sorted ?

Daft statement, some like myself don't know on a weekly basis if they can go or not some have work commitments or family commitments but the ones they should be trying to woo to perhaps buy a season ticket in the future are the ones pissed off standing in a queue for over a couple of hours, still can't see the difficulty in setting up a better system, there are businesses moving premises all the time and they are up and running immediately

Totally agree. I've never had any issues with purchasing tickets online and getting them delivered in advance or picking up at the ground. If I decide to go to a game within a week of the match itself and don't want to risk Royal Mail delivery times, I just buy them on the day at the ground.

I agree that we need to maximise our ticket revenue and the process seemingly could be tightened but I don't know why so many people get their knickers in a twist so often.

Get up the ground early on Tuesday and/or Saturday, get some tickets and enjoy a beer in the casino if you have a chance.

As I said on another thread the other day ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL with so many fans starting to dip their toe back in the water they simply have to get this right.TM & co have presented our club with an amazing opportunity. It would be criminal
to let it go.
